Helius Technologies is seeking a hands‑on Technical Consultant to implement and enhance Enterprise Service Management solutions, primarily on BMC Helix Digital Workplace and Helix Business Workflow.

The role involves translating business requirements into technical specs, configuring workflows and integrations, and supporting platform operations. Candidates with Remedy ITSM experience are welcome, with strong scripting and API skills preferred.

Formación

• Degree in IT, CS, or information systems.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse business requirements and translate into functional/technical specs.
• Design, configure and implement solutions on BMC Helix Digital Workplace and Helix Business Workflow.
• Develop and enhance workflows, business rules, automation, forms, service catalog items and integrations.
• Perform scripting, API integrations and data transformation.
• Troubleshoot complex app issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Deliver platform enhancements based on operational needs and user feedback.
• Manage configurations, environment changes, releases and upgrades.
• Support integration between BMC Helix/Remedy and other apps.
• Collaborate with vendors on solution design, assessments and tuning.
• Prepare technical docs including solution designs and configuration guides.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect management, production deployment and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, access-control and standards.
• Provide ongoing technical support and SLA-aligned incident handling.
