Job summary

Technopals Pte.Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior production support engineer to join our 24/7 operations team.

You will support the bank's blockchain platform projects, collaborate with PMs and SMEs to develop technical solutions from requirements, and provide L2 support for the digital asset trading platform and custody services. You will ensure infra and OS are up to date with patches, perform capacity planning, manage incidents, and drive improvements with automation and TOIL elimination.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience with at least 4 years in delivery and maintenance of digital custody/exchange systems.
• Strong Linux, database, messaging, and enterprise infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with production support processes and release management.

Responsibilities

• Support the bank’s blockchain platform projects and enhancements.
• Collaborate with PMs and SMEs to develop technical solutions from requirements.
• Provide L2 support for the digital asset trading platform and custody services.
• Keep infrastructure and OS up to date with approved patches and versions.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance management for stability.
• Work in shifts to provide 24/7 on-site or on-call support.
• Manage incident and problem resolution and drive improvements.
• Apply SRE practices and follow daily guidelines.
• Use root-cause analysis to resolve complex issues and verify resolution.
• Communicate issues and updates to stakeholders and teams.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams across technologies.
• Drive continuous system improvement, automate jobs, and tune performance.
• Monitor production services for availability and latency; ensure uptime.
• Close daily production tickets and track progress to closure.
• Build and lead a production support team to maintain stability.
