Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Singapore (Woodlands) seeks an Operator to perform routine and critical manufacturing tasks in Upstream and Downstream areas.

You will assist or lead engineering/validation activities and act as deputy to the Shift Supervisor when needed, delivering compliant manufacturing execution and strong documentation. The role requires strong cGMP knowledge, SOP proficiency, aseptic technique, and ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Proficient in following written instructions in EBM, MBRs and MFRs.
• Able to work on rotating shifts and overtime as required.
• Strong documentation and compliance with cGMP.
• Excellent communication across org levels.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on the floor.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and critical operations in Upstream/Downstream areas.
• Lead/assist in commissioning and validation activities.
• Deputize for Shift Supervisor during absences.
• Monitor materials and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain EBM, batch records and logbooks with accuracy.
• Conduct basic lab tasks: sampling, pH, conductivity.
