Takeda Singapore is seeking a driven Process Operator to perform routine and critical manufacturing operations in cell culture and purification areas, under minimal supervision. You will support or lead engineering and validation activities while acting as deputy to the Shift Supervisor when needed.

You will participate in troubleshooting, ensure compliance with SOPs, and maintain accurate documentation in EBM/MBRs/MFRs. The role requires strong quality focus and ability to work rotating shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Chemical Engineering / Bioengineering / Pharmaceutical Engineering or related and 4+ years in biotech/pharma.
• Diploma in Applied Chemistry / Biochemical fields and 6+ years in biotech/pharma.
• Nitec in Biotechnology / Chemical Process Technology with 8+ years in biotech/pharma.

Aufgaben

• Execute routine and critical operations in Upstream and Downstream areas.
• Participate in troubleshooting and collaborate with Shift Supervisor and Manufacturing leadership.
• Serve as deputy for Shift Supervisor and cover during absences.
• Monitor material consumption and coordinate deliveries.
• Perform SOPs, data recording in EBM/MBR/MFR systems and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Lead investigations and implement CAPAs from production events.
• Support change controls, training, and development activities.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and equipment cleaning as required.
• Work in cleanroom environments and observe aseptic technique.
