Job summary

One Stop Engineering in Singapore is seeking a professional to perform GMP manufacturing operations within the biologics production facility. You will work with engineers on setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing of production parts and materials.

You will use systems such as LIMS, SAP, and automated controls to collect data, evaluate operating data, and conduct on-line adjustments while helping develop methods to control or modify the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years relevant experience with good writing skills.
• Working knowledge of media/buffer preparation, cell culture or purification of biological drugs is required.
• Computer proficiency; familiarity with safety, quality systems, and current Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Flexible to handle multiple tasks and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Transfers methods into Production instructions for scheduled campaigns.
• Schedules work tasks and drafts moderate scope documents; manages reviews to meet timelines.
• Tracks problems, analyzes data, and develops solutions to moderate-level issues.
• Supports production initiatives to ensure compliant, efficient procedures.
• Coordinates activities across sub-groups and interfaces with subordinates and management.
