The National University of Singapore is seeking a Teaching Support role to assist faculty and course owners in delivering and administering the MSc in Biomedical Informatics.

You will help prepare materials, support onsite lectures, maintain Canvas sites, manage assessments, and coordinate timelines with faculty and students. A relevant bachelor's degree and familiarity with Canvas are required, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of teaching support or academic support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Canvas LMS.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics, AI or programming/tools is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple teaching and assessment timelines with faculty and students.
• Proactive, service oriented and onsite teaching support.

Mansioni

• Support faculty in preparing teaching, tutorial, workshop and assessment materials.
• Provide onsite support for lectures, tutorials, workshops and practical sessions.
• Maintain Canvas course sites with materials, announcements, assignments and rubrics.
• Support assessment administration including submissions, deadlines and records.
• Collate and maintain marks and liaise with faculty on outstanding grades.
• Support students on teaching related matters including Canvas and timelines.
• Support capstone teaching activities including project tracking and presentations.
