Job summary

Roche Singapore is seeking a fresh graduate or Diploma/NITEC holder to join the Biochemical Manufacturing team. You will perform manufacturing tasks, operate processing equipment, sample materials, and uphold cGMP and safety standards.

You'll work within the Lean Production System (LPS) mindset, support process improvements, and collaborate with shift teams. Weekend/over time may be required, with heavy lifting up to 25kg; prior microbiology/fermentation background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or Diploma/NITEC holder with relevant life sciences or engineering background.
• Familiarity with GMP and safety requirements is a plus.
• Ability to operate process equipment and document activities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare small equipment, clean and sterilize vessels, and prepare solutions.
• Monitor and operate biochemical processing equipment and environmental sampling.
• Conduct raw materials sampling and dispensing per approved formulas.
• Maintain housekeeping and support process improvement initiatives.
• Record tasks and participate in staff and shift change meetings.
