Job summary

Roche in Singapore is seeking a manufacturing associate to perform scheduled manufacturing tasks in compliance with cGMP and company standards. You will support Biochemical Manufacturing by operating equipment, preparing materials, and collecting samples while maintaining clean, safe work areas.

The role requires problem solving, teamwork, and a safety-focused mindset, with flexibility for weekends or overtime as needed. Prior biological/fermentation exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with degree in Life Sciences or Engineering or Diploma/NITEC or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing tasks as scheduled in full compliance with cGMP and Roche policies.
• Prepare equipment, clean and sterilize vessels, and prepare solutions.
• Monitor biochemical processing equipment and perform sampling and data entry.
• Maintain housekeeping and participate in shift handover meetings.
