Job summary

Esco Aster Pte Ltd seeks a scientist to perform research and process development for biologics production. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance biologics modalities and support technology transfer into GMP manufacturing.

Ideal candidates hold a biology/chemistry-related degree, have GMP/GLP exposure, and are proficient with MS Office. The role is based at the Singapore site, with a focus on scalable cell culture and downstream processing techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related science.
• Experience with GLP/GMP is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience in cultivation of mammalian cells in laboratory scale and bioreactor systems.
• Experience in downstream processing techniques such as tangential flow filtration, chromatography, ultrafiltration.

• Perform research and process development activities to support biologics production.

• Contribute to process development studies and technology transfer to GMP manufacturing.
