Binance Accelerator Program is a 3-6 month internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in digital assets. You will work with senior engineers on frontend and backend features, learn AI coding tools, and translate requirements into practical implementations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in CS or AI-related field.
• Hands-on project experience from courses, internships, or open-source work.
• Foundation in Java or Golang; familiarity with Node.js and frontend frameworks.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects and basic database concepts.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and ability to guide AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under supervision.
• Learn and integrate AI coding tools into daily development workflow.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction.
• Act as a full stack seed learner, contributing ideas and growing to autonomous delivery.
• Observe cross-team collaboration and suggest improvements to workflows.
• Contribute to the product lifecycle from design to deployment and iteration.

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it's like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers
• Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into your daily development workflow
• Assist in translating product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction between frontend and backend
• Act as a full stack "seed learner" within the team - absorb full stack practices, contribute ideas, and grow into an autonomously delivering full stack engineer
• Observe cross-team collaboration processes and proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows
• Contribute to the product lifecycle - from design to deployment and iteration

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus
• Hands-on project experience (personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions all count)
• Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience building end-to-end projects - personal, academic, or internship projects all welcome
• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts
• Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)
• Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools
• Self-driven and boundaryless - eager to learn, willing to go beyond assigned scope
• Product mindset - curious about the "why" behind what you build
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills; passionate about learning new technologies

• Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects
• Cross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web)
• Internship or work experience at startups
• Track record of proactively building internal tools or personal side projects
