Job summary

Binance is offering a Binance Accelerator Program internship designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing digital assets space. You will work across campaigns, product, and content teams to learn about growth initiatives and user engagement.

Current students or recent graduates with a strong interest in crypto and Web3, and ability to communicate in English and Mandarin, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates with interest in crypto, blockchain and digital communities.
• Strong bilingual communication in English and Mandarin to engage vendors and stakeholders.
• Past experience in Web3, content or creator economy is a plus.
• Execute with attention to detail and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate well across teams and think critically to solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full lifecycle of Square campaign operations, including documentation, backend configurations, on-site promotions, launches, and post-campaign management.
• Extract frequent user inquiry cases, work with Product and Tech teams to debug issues and verify fixes.
• Handle escalated user tickets with the Mod & Customer Service teams, maintain FAQs and user docs.
• Monitor real-time campaign data and deliver post-campaign reports with insights.
• Plan, coordinate, and launch growth campaigns with cross-functional teams to accelerate user and content growth.

• Assist in the full lifecycle of Square campaign operations, including drafting campaign documentation, managing backend configurations, coordinating on-site promotions (banners, push notifications, and pop-ups), overseeing campaign launches, tracking ongoing progress and post-campaign management.
• Collect & extract frequently-appeared cases from user inquiries, work with Product and Tech teams to debug issues, verify fixes, and reduce the number of potential user cases.
• Handle escalated user tickets from the Mod & Customer Service team, maintain FAQs and other user documents to ensure consistent communication and improve user experience.
• Monitor real-time campaign data and deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights for future optimization.
• Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated growth initiatives and campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams to accelerate scalable user and content growth.

Requirements

• Recent graduate, with a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital communities.
• Past experience in Web3, content or creator economy is a plus advantage.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively engage vendors and internal stakeholders across regions.
• Execution excellence with attention to details and a high level of patience and accountability.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
• Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
