Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program interns assist with sourcing and screening candidates for tech roles across platforms and support interview coordination. You will help maintain ATS data, contribute to market mapping, and participate in employer branding projects within a fast-paced, international team.

The program targets current university students or recent graduates, offering exposure to a globally leading blockchain ecosystem and opportunities to learn in a dynamic recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in HR, psychology, business, communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (internship is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Comfortable working in an international, tech-driven environment.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and communicate with candidates.
• Help maintain accurate data in the ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
• Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations.

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space.
