Job summary

URBAN 3 ARCHITECTS is seeking a motivated architectural drafter to produce precise drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. You will support design development and project documentation with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.

The role requires a professional diploma or NiTEC, and at least one year of relevant experience, with strong BIM knowledge to aid integrated design workflows.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in architectural drafting or design.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in architectural drawing production.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD to support design development and project documentation.
• Apply Revit to create and manage building information models for accurate visualization and coordination.
• Utilize BIM knowledge to enhance design accuracy and collaboration across project teams.
• Apply professional drawing standards to ensure compliance with project requirements and client expectations.
