W.S.CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an AutoCAD/Revit Drafter to collaborate with architects and interior designers. You will develop 2D drawings and 3D models, ensuring designs meet safety standards and project execution requirements. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is essential to support accurate documentation.

The role involves interior layouts, space planning, and coordination across project teams to deliver compliant, aesthetically refined designs for construction phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies required.
• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Drafter or Revit Drafter.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp software.
• Knowledge of applicable state safety and structural regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and interior design teams to discuss and refine design concepts.
• Develop original product designs from initial concept through detailed execution.
• Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit to support project requirements.
• Perform interior design layouts, commercial space planning, structural detailing, and project-specific drawings.
• Ensure all product designs comply with relevant safety and structural regulations.
• Generate Solid and Surface CAD models using AutoCAD software to support design visualization and construction.
• Apply Revit knowledge to enhance design accuracy and coordination.
• Integrate technical design skills with aesthetic considerations to create balanced final designs.
• Present multiple design perspectives to facilitate construction improvements and adaptations.
• Finalize and deliver AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM models for project implementation.
