Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeller (Plumbing) with HDB project experience. The role focuses primarily on BIM modelling for plumbing systems, where you will prepare 3D models, shop drawings, and manage project compliance with HDB standards.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Singapore construction standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM modelling experience (plumbing).
• Mandatory: HDB project experience.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop 3D BIM models for plumbing systems.
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, and other trades to resolve clashes.
• Support submission drawings and documentation.
