Job summary

ASK M&E PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a BIM modelling engineer to develop and manage BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems. You will coordinate with project teams to ensure clash-free designs and prepare drawings, layouts, and schedules using Revit or similar software.

The role requires 3+ years of BIM experience in plumbing and sanitary works, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and knowledge of Singapore Building Codes. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering.
• 3 years and above BIM modelling experience in plumbing and sanitary works.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or equivalent BIM software.
• Knowledge of Singapore Building Codes and standards.
