Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join our central Singapore team, delivering BIM models and construction documentation for HDB/BTO projects using Revit.

You will develop 3D BIM models, produce drawings, coordinate with architectural, structural and M&E disciplines, perform clash detection, and assist with authority submissions, ensuring compliance with BEP, LOD, and Singapore regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in BIM, Building, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 2 years of BIM coordination/management experience in HDB/BTO projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of BEP, LOD, and IDD/Singapore regulations.
• BIM Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain 3D BIM models through the project lifecycle.
• Produce construction drawings and documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate BIM with architectural, structural and M&E disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate resolutions.
• Prepare authority submissions and shop drawings.
• Develop sequencing models and as-built BIM models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
• Ensure deliverables meet BIM standards and Singapore codes.
