Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering.
• 3 years and above BIM modelling experience in plumbing and sanitary works.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or equivalent BIM software.
• Knowledge of Singapore Building Codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems in building projects (ME12).
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure clash-free designs.
• Prepare drawings, layouts, and schedules using Revit or similar software.
• Support project teams in design coordination and clash detection.
