Job summary

3PA PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Drafter to produce 3D BIM models under supervision, aligning with design intent and construction specs. The role focuses on modelling all elements and supporting the design team.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Architecture or BIM with at least two years of BIM modelling experience and strong command of English. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD 3D, BIM 360, and related tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or BIM or closely related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of related BIM modelling experience.
• Proficient with REVIT, AutoCAD 3D and BIM 360; knowledge of other BIM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of 3D BIM drafting assignments under minimal supervision.
• Model elements per design intent and construction specs; provide design support.
• Carry out lower-level drafter tasks as required.
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
• Report to the manager/coordinator and complete tasks within deadlines.

Qualifications & Experiences

1. Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in / Architecture / BIM or closely related fields with two (2) years of related working experience in BIM Modelling.
2. Computer application competency and solid knowledge in handling REVIT, AutoCAD 3D, BIM 360, and other BIM application tools.
3. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator and etc would be an advantage.
4. Able to coordinate between the project team is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Performs a variety of 3D BIM drafting assignments under minimal supervision, which requires the application of standard BIM drafting techniques.
2. To model all elements as per design intent & construction specs and provide design support.
3. Able to perform all lower-level drafter tasks.
4. Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
5. Report to the manager/coordinator in charge and perform assigned tasks within deadline.
