Job summary

PAL-LINK CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a BIM Engineer to perform drawing work using Building Information Modelling (BIM) and coordinate with the project team on ongoing condo/HDB/LTA projects.

You will report to the project manager, ensure BIM protocols are followed on site, manage data modelling processes, and work closely with engineers and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

Must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Experience in Revit Archi.
Experience in M&E Modelling.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Condo/HDB/LTA projects.

Responsibilities

Using Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing works.
Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned.
Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there is any changes Architectural.
Ensuring BIM protocol is followed for all construction projects.
Collaborating with stakeholders and informing them about project goals, progress and BIM process.
Identifying and documenting construction planning, drawing & management processes.
Coordinating data modeling, management process, and the project team.
