Job summary
SUMMIT TALENT PTE. LIMITED is seeking a BIM Engineer to develop and coordinate BIM models for MEP projects in Singapore. The role focuses on accurate modelling and effective coordination across engineering disciplines to support successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Engineering or BIM, have hands-on experience with BIM/MEP modelling, and be proficient in Revit and related BIM software. Licensure EA No. 23C1875 is preferred.
Qualifications
- Min. Diploma in Engineering, BIM or related discipline.
- Relevant BIM/MEP modelling experience.
- Proficient in Revit and relevant BIM software.
- MEP/building services experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- EA License No. 23C1875.
Responsibilities
