Job summary

Lian Beng Construction (1988) Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled BIM/VDC draftsman to support project teams from the initial BIM setup through as-built stages. You will create and revise BIM models, generate schedules, and produce shop drawings from BIM data, while developing Revit families for ongoing project needs.

Candidates should have a BIM-focused background with AutoCAD and Revit expertise, plus training certificates.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Architectural, Civil & Structural, or Electrical & Mechanical.
Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit Architecture/Structure, and knowledge of Revit MEP.
Must have BIM training certificates.
At least 3 years' BIM modelling and coordination experience on large projects.
Able to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
Navisworks and Enscape skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist VDC Manager and project team in creating and revising BIM models from start to as-built.
Create accurate Revit models and generate schedules, concrete body plans, combined service drawings and other shop drawings from BIM Models.
Create Revit families for the project.
Generate quality BIM modelling, shop drawings and ensure submission schedules.
Record and control drawing registry (in/out).
Perform clash detection and identify discrepancies for Coordinators.
