Job summary

MICROTAC SYSTEMS PTE LTD is seeking a CAD Drafter/BIM Modeller to prepare shop drawings and BIM models. You will produce 2D/3D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, perform clash-detection, and coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers for timely submissions.

Fresh graduates may apply. Prior Navisworks and Acrobat knowledge is a plus. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of working under pressure, on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with REVIT and AutoCAD is required.
• 1–2 years' experience as CAD Drafter/BIM Modeller in construction.
• Fresh graduates may also apply.
• Knowledge of Navisworks & Acrobat is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and construction drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Handle 2D & 3D modelling and shop drawings for project using Autodesk Revit & AutoCad software.
• Clash detection report and options for resolution.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure timely submission and approval of technical drawings.
• Ensure that BIM models are delivered with high quality and on a timely basis
• Attend site coordination meetings if require.
• Maintain good document control and record.
• A self-motivated person capable of working under pressure.
