Job summary

Sembcorp Specialised Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeler to support the development and management of BIM models for building and infrastructure projects. Qualifications

Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
Experience or familiarity with BIM workflows is preferred.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and management of BIM models for building and infrastructure projects.
Work with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software to create and update digital models.
Support engineers and architects in clash detection, coordination, and visualization of project designs.
Assist in the preparation of drawings, schedules, and documentation for project planning and execution.
Conduct model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM workflows.
Research and implement best practices in digital construction and automation.
Assist in organizing and managing project data within Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
