Job summary

CHECC (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop and update 3D models and shop drawings for clients and construction projects using BIM software.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong Revit skills. You will maintain master models, generate 2D drawings, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with subcontractors. Office base at West and Bayfront when ready.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in contractor, consultant or outsource service provider.
• Extensive hands-on experience with BIM modeling and implementation, often with focus on large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficient in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to clients and construction using BIM software.
• Maintain up-to-date 3D model according to the latest information and audit regularly.
• Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM model and detailing submission based on company standard.
• Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications.
• Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, drawings and/or drawings.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors to exchange latest updates and models.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.
