Job summary

L.S. CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a motivated BIM Modeller to manage day-to-day BIM tasks on projects, support the team, ensure quality and compliance, and translate client requirements into model strategies.

You will create, update and revise BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit, generate schedules and shop drawings, develop Revit families, and perform clash detection to support project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical.
• Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture/Structure and knowledge in Revit MEP.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building construction industry.
• Preferably relevant working experience in HDB Projects.
• Must possess relevant BIM training certificates.
• Skills in Navisworks, Enscape or VRCollab will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist VDC Manager, VDC Coordinators and project team in creating, updating and revising BIM Models from the project start to as-built stage.
• Create accurate and organized Revit (BIM) models and generate schedules, concrete body plans, combined service drawings and other relevant shop drawings from BIM Models.
• Create Revit families for project.
• Generate quality work in BIM modelling, shop drawings and meet the submission schedule.
• Record and control in and out drawing registry.
• Clash detection, visual check and identify issues for Coordinators where discrepancies occur.
• Perform other drafting related duties as and when assigned by supervisor.
