Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM drafter to produce shop and as-built drawings from Revit, manage Revit project files for Electrical & Plumbing, and coordinate models through the project lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline, 1 year of M&E BIM drafting experience in Singapore, and proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. HDB/Condominium project drafting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of M&E BIM drafting experience in Singapore.
• HDB/Condominium project drafting experience is a plus.
• Proficient in BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and models; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM model using Revit.
• Create and manage Revit project files for Electrical & Plumbing systems.
• Coordinate and update Revit model across the project (slab pipe routings, underground pipe routings, tray/trunking routings, lighting & power points).
• Perform interference/ clash checks within own model and against other disciplines.
• Ensure accurate drawings are delivered on time.
• Assist Project Manager on project completion tasks if required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM model using Revit
• Creating and managing Revit project file for the Electrical & Plumbing systems
• Update and coordinate Revit model throughout the project ( E.g. Slab pipe routings, underground pipe routings, tray/trunking routings, lightning protection and lighting & power points location etc...)
• Perform interference/ clash checking within own model and against other disciplines
• Responsible for deliver the accurate drawings on time
• Any other drafter related tasks assigned by superior
• Assist Project Manager on the completion of projects/ad-hoc assignments if required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year working experience as M&E BIM drafter in Singapore construction is required
• Candidate with HDB/Condominium projects drafting experience will be an advantage
• Must be proficient in BIM/Revit MEP/AutoCAD/Microsoft Office
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and models
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines
• Independent, resourceful, self -motivated, hard-working and able to work as a team
• MEP drafter experience is required (Electrical/Plumbing/Sanitary)
