WELLTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support both offsite and onsite projects in Singapore. You will help create and refine BIM models to meet site requirements and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs to ensure seamless construction execution.

The role requires a Diploma and at least 2 years of experience in architectural, structural or M&E coordination, with proficient use of Revit and Navisworks to produce detailed shop drawings from BIM models.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with focus on architecture, structural or M&E.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in coordinate discipline for A&E projects.
• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks to coordinate BIM models.

Responsabilités

• Assist in BIM coordination offsite and onsite implementation.
• Produce effective BIM models meeting site needs.
• Generate detailed shop drawings from BIM models for site use.
