GRANDTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support coordination across architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines. You will develop and maintain BIM models to meet site requirements and prepare detailed shop drawings for on-site execution.

Diploma holders with at least 2 years of coordinating BIM models and proficiency in Revit and Navisworks are preferred. This role is based in Singapore and involves offsite and onsite coordination work.

Competenze

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating architectural, structural or M&E models.
• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks for BIM coordination.

Mansioni

• Assist in BIM coordination offsite and onsite implementation.
• Produce effective BIM model to meet site needs.
• Produce detailed shop drawings through the BIM model for site implementation.
