Job summary

PRESICO ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a CAD/BIM Coordinator to support project drawing coordination from design to as-built handover.

You will prepare shop and construction drawings using BIM/CAD, review sub-contractor CAD models, and liaise with project teams, clients and consultants to issue coordinated drawings for approval and construction. The role emphasizes ensuring compliance with project specs, emitting RFIs for discrepancies, and maintaining clash detection documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CSD drawings, technical drawings and detailing and documentation.
• Prepare shop, construction and as-built drawings using BIM/CAD in a timely manner.
• Check sub-contractor CAD drawings/models prior to coordination of CSD.
• Liaise with internal project members, sub-contractors, clients and consultants to issue coordinated drawings for approval.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and requirements.
• Clarify and raise RFIs for any discrepancies.
• Present with BIM-related software as required by the project team.
• Maintain clash detection reports and proper documentation.
• Take on tasks from Project Manager or Site Manager as needed.
