Job summary

ANDERCO PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller / Coordinator to work with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure BIM models meet project requirements, BIM standards, and the BEP.

The role supports coordination meetings, model reviews, clash detection, and preparation of construction and as-built documentation. The position emphasizes maintaining accurate BIM models, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and contributing to design changes and documentation across project

Qualifications

• Experience developing architectural BIM models and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models, drawings, and schedules.
• Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural, MEP, and other discipline models.
• Support site verification and ensure models reflect design changes and as-built conditions.
• Prepare BIM deliverables for design development, submission, tender, construction, and as-built stages.
• Assist in maintaining model health checks and ensuring BEP compliance.
