F.A.S.T. ELECTROMECH PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a BIM Drafter with minimal experience to support design, drawing preparation, and project coordination. You will understand product usage, assist in material take-offs for bids and purchasing, and review tender documents with stakeholders.

Prepare detailed layouts using Autocad and Revit, BIM, and obtain customer approval. Collaborate with sales, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment with specifications.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Advanced or Higher or Graduate Diploma in any field.
• No work experience required.
• Required Skill(s): Autocad, Revit, BIM, Microsoft Office

Responsabilités

• Understand product usage and design of application
• Assist sales team to take-off bill of materials from project bid documents
• Assist procurement team to take-off bill of materials for purchasing
• Go through tender documents to understand specifications and requirements
• Liaise or work closely with project team, manufacturer, customer, supplier and other product vendor.
• Prepare detail layout drawing using Autocad or Revit, BIM, and submit drawing for customer approval
• Attend site drawing coordination meeting whenever required by customers
