Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Drafter in Singapore to prepare tender drawings and review consultant designs. You will support project teams with BIM-enabled technical delivery, creating 2D and 3D drawings and coordinating MEP services using AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit.

The role emphasizes drafting coordination, shop/installation drawings, and maintaining drawing records for site readiness. A 5-day work week is typical, with a bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Navisworks and Revit.
• Experience creating 2D and 3D drawings.
• Experience coordinating MEP/BIM tasks in ACMV projects.

• Prepare tender drawings including layouts, schematics, and single-line drawings.

About the role

Senior Drafter responsible for preparing tender drawings, reviewing consultant designs, and supporting project teams with technical delivery using required software. The role involves creating 2D and 3D drawings, coordinating MEP services, preparing shop and installation drawings, and managing drawing records and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tender drawings including layouts, schematic and single line drawings




• Review consultant's design drawings and specifications




• Support the project team with technical delivery using required software




• Create 2D and 3D drawings based on contract drawings, specifications and technical submittals




• Coordinate all MEP services in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Navisworks Platform




• Prepare shop and installation drawings based on coordinated model




• Create Revit Model and Revit Families




• Attend drawings coordination meetings (CAD and BIM)




• Prepare working drawings for site installation and as-built drawings




• Assist in managing the drafting department and control records of drawings

Requirement

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Navisworks and Revit




• Experience in 2D and 3D drawing creation




• Experience in MEP coordination




• Knowledge of shop drawings and installation documentation




• Ability to attend and participate in coordination meetings
