Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Modeller to develop, maintain, and update BIM models for project execution.

You will produce accurate 3D models and detailed drawings, generate 2D drawings and schedules for tender and construction, and ensure proper documentation for submissions. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy, perform clash detection, and support site coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM modelling or drafting experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with visualization tools (SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion) preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and project workflows, especially in Public industrial and hyperscale data centres.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM for project execution.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed technical drawings per project requirements.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM for tender and construction.
• Ensure all drawings and models are properly documented and prepared for project submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers and stakeholders for design accuracy and compliance.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Support project site coordination activities when required.
• Provide technical support to Sales during pre-sales presentations and post-sales project discussions.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.
