Job summary

HP Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Assistant to support the creation, updating and revision of BIM models across the project lifecycle. You will base models on contract drawings and latest information, ensuring model integrity and preparing documentation and shop drawings for construction, documentation and fabrication.

The role requires a diploma in relevant engineering or architectural disciplines, at least 2 years of C&S/Architectural experience, and strong Revit skills to

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical.
• At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience in C&S/ Architectural related projects.
• Well versed in Revit and able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughtout the project life cycle
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
