Job summary

HPC Builders Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler/Coordinator to support BIM modelling across the full project lifecycle.

You will assist BIM Coordinators, create and update BIM Models from drawings, and ensure model integrity for construction and fabrication. The role requires strong Revit proficiency, with knowledge of Bentley Open Building Designer and Dynamo considered an advantage. You will collaborate across disciplines to deliver accurate BIM deliverables on schedule.

Qualifications

• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information.
• Ensure integrity/ quality of the models.
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models.
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication.
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation.
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Arhitectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical
• At least 3 Year(s) of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/ Architectural/ Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects
• Well versed in Revit
• Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner
• Knowlegde in Bently Open Building Designer, Dynamo will have an added advantage
