Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / M&E Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
• Certificate in BIM Revit for M&E.
• Proficient in BIM modelling on operational level.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop 3D models using Autodesk Revit / AutoCAD.
• Maintain up-to-date 3D models according to the latest information and audit regularly.
• Prepare 2D drawings, documentation and as-built BIM models.

Job description

Responsibilities include:

• Create and develop 3D models using Autodesk Revit / AutoCAD
• Maintain up-to-date 3D models according to the latest information and audit regularly
• Prepare 2D drawings, documentation and as-built BIM models and detailing submissions based on company standards
• Ensure models and drawings produced comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications
• Ensure produced shop drawings incorporate all necessary provisions as required or requested by other sub‑contractor’s works
• Ensure produced shop drawings are checked against coordinated information obtained prior to handing over to Technical Co‑ordinator for review

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Basic knowledge of local authority requirements and codes
• Good skill and speed of drafting
• Ability to multitask
• Sense of urgency and positive working attitude
• Understanding of BCA codes

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / M&E Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
• Certificate in BIM Revit for M&E
• Proficient in BIM modelling on operational level
