Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION (SOUTH PACIFIC) DEVELOPMENT CO. PTE. LTD.

is seeking a BIM lead to drive modelling standards, train BIM modellers, and align the project schedule with the site critical path. You will monitor BIM models and shop drawings, perform QAQC, manage modellers' work scope, and coordinate closely with the project team on site progress. Requires a Diploma in Civil/Structure/Building and at least 3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil / Structure / Building is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with BIM modelling and coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train BIM modellers and drafters to company BIM standards.
• Set up and monitor modelling environment.
• Manage model schedule based on site schedule and align with the critical path.
• Monitor BIM model and shop drawing creation and revisions.
• Conduct QAQC on BIM models.
• Manage BIM modellers work scope and schedule.
• Collaborate with project team on site progress issues.
• Establish and monitor clashes with project team and ICE sessions.
• Execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow.
• Run simulations for 4D & 5D.
