Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a BIM Modeller for an on-site role in Singapore. You will create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models of buildings and infrastructure, integrating design, structural and MEP data to support construction and collaboration.

You will work closely with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure models reflect constructability and design intent, while identifying clashes and resolving conflicts before construction starts.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and updating 3D BIM models for buildings/infrastructure.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) and MEP coordination.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure model reflects design intent.

A BIM Modeller creates, manages, and updates detailed 3D digital models of buildings and infrastructure, integrating design, structural, and MEP data to support construction and collaboration. BIM Modellers develop accurate digital representations of buildings and infrastructure using software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, ensuring models reflect real-world constructability and design intent. BIM Modellers work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to align models with design and construction objectives, identify potential clashes, and resolve conflicts before construction begins. Proficiency in BIM software: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other MEP tools.
