Otis, the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturer, invites a BIM Modeller to create, manage and update detailed 3D BIM models, integrating design, structural and MEP data to support construction and collaboration.

You will use Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, work with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure model accuracy, identify clashes and resolve conflicts before construction begins.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and updating BIM models for buildings/infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; familiarity with MEP tools.

Location: 8 Kallang Avenue #07-01/09 Aperia Tower 1, Singapore

A BIM Modeller creates, manages, and updates detailed 3D digital models of buildings and infrastructure, integrating design, structural, and MEP data to support construction and collaboration. BIM Modellers develop accurate digital representations of buildings and infrastructure using software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, ensuring models reflect real-world constructability and design intent. BIM Modellers work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to align models with design and construction objectives, identify potential clashes, and resolve conflicts before construction begins.

Proficiency in BIM software:

• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks
• other MEP tools
