Job summary

BIMXITY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM Architect to create precise Architectural Revit models and generate comprehensive drawings for tender and construction.

You will establish BIM standards, manage sheet layouts, layering, and modeling processes while coordinating with multiple projects and stakeholders in Singapore. The role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines, plus proficient use of Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and related BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction or equivalent.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of experience on C&S, architectural, or MEP BIM models.

Responsibilities

• Create precise Architectural Revit (BIM) models.
• Generate detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings for tender/construction.
• Establish and uphold BIM standards and sheet layouts, layering, modeling processes, and drawing formats.
• Coordinate activities across multiple projects.
• Work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
• Read and comprehend architectural and structural construction documents.
