M.A.N ARCHITECTS (GLOBAL) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an architectural drafting professional to support BIM modeling and CAD drafting tasks, ensuring drawings meet project timelines. The role involves assisting in submissions to authorities and coordinating with the design team.

You will review drawings with Architects and Associates, update documentation, and prepare files for client presentations. A diploma or degree and 1–2 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Building Design, or a related technical discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting or BIM modelling preferred.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is required; document control or project collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• BIM & CAD Drafting: prepare 2D and 3D models using CAD and Revit with accuracy and timelines.
• Regulatory Compliance: apply local building regulations to ensure drawings meet standards.
• Technical Support: assist Senior Technical Associates in project documentation and coordination.
• Government Submissions: facilitate submission of drawings to Government Authorities.
• Drawing Preparation: assist in printing, organizing, and updating drawings for submissions or client presentations.
• Drawing Review: help architects review submission and working drawings for accuracy and compliance.
