Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented BIM drafter specializing in ACMV to prepare and develop detailed shop drawings from as-built drawings and project requirements.

You will ensure drawings comply with specifications, coordinate with project engineers, assist in BIM modelling and documentation, and maintain orderly records. The role supports the Project Manager and team on site, with ad-hoc duties as needed.

Formación

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficient in or familiar with Revit MEP/BIM modelling.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems and MEP shop drawing preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and develop detailed ACMV shop drawings based on as-built drawings and project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, technical standards and submission requirements.
• Coordinate with project engineers and team members to review, update and amend drawings according to site conditions and project requirements.
• Assist in BIM modelling, drawing coordination and preparation of technical documentation for project submissions.
• Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with project requirements.
• Support the Project Manager and project team in project execution, completion and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Monday -Saturday: 8.30am - 6pm
