Job summary

DLM PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeler to create, modify, and maintain engineering designs and models.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of related working experience.
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of construction processes and project management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to resolve BIM conflicts.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and procedures.
• Proactive and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• BIM Model Creation and Updates: Develop and revise BIM models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Preparation of Drawings and Documents: Use BIM software to prepare preliminary, construction, and as-built drawings; create detailed design documents.
• Collaboration with Project Team: Work with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure coordination between disciplines.
• Staying Updated with Technology: Continuously enhance skills and stay current with BIM technologies.
• Drawing and Drafting: Create and modify detailed plans and drawings for structures and construction projects.
• Document Reproduction and Delivery: Prepare drawings for reproduction and distribution meeting standards.
• Material Calculation: Calculate material quantities and input into materials lists.
• Explanation and Adjustment of Drawings: Explain drawings to production teams and adjust designs as needed.
