Job summary

H P Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Modeler to support Coordinators across the project life cycle. You will update models from contract drawings, ensure data integrity, and generate shop drawings and deliverables for construction and fabrication.

Requirements include a Diploma in Architecture/Civil & Structural/Electrical & Mechanical, at least 2 years in C&S/architectural projects, and strong Revit skills to complete timely, high-quality models and drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural / Electrical & Mechanical.
• At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience in C&S/ Architectural related projects.
• Well versed in Revit.
• Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughtout the project life cycle
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Ensure integrity/ quality of the models
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based qualification and 4D simulation
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage
