Job summary

DLM PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical BIM Modeler to create, update and maintain electrical BIM models and drawings for multiple projects in Singapore.

The role focuses on accurate 3D modeling, design data management, and coordination with engineers, consultants, and managers to ensure on-time delivery. Candidates should have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of BIM modeling experience, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Electrical BIM Modeling experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Create and update electrical BIM models and drawings.
• Coordinate electrical services with architectural, structural, ACMV, plumbing and other disciplines.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes.
• Prepare electrical drawings including lighting, power, ELV systems and cabling.
• Ensure documentation complies with project requirements and submission standards.
• Provide site support and update models based on feedback.
