Job summary

Fonda Global Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Modeler to convert concepts into highly accurate 3D models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. You will check clashes, generate 2D drawings, and ensure alignment with project specs and local regulations.

You will collaborate with site teams, update models with consultant drawings, and uphold established BIM workflows and CAD/BIM standards across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM workflows for architectural and structural projects.
• Ability to generate 2D drawings from BIM models and maintain drawing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D architectural and structural models using Autodesk Revit.
• Model building elements to the level of detail of 400 and 500 (as-built).
• Update 3D models based on markups and coordination from consultants.
• Generate and manage precise 2D documentation from the BIM model.
• Produce construction sets, including schedules, legends, and material take-offs.
• Maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and CAD/BIM standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure drawing consistency across disciplines.
• Assist BIM Coordinator with model cleanup and audits.

Job Summery

The BIM Modeler will play a critical role within FondaGlobal by transforming concepts into highly accurate 3D digital construction models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines. Using Revit and AutoCAD, your primary focus will be checking models to find and fix clashes between building systems.

You will work directly with the site team to coordinate work plans, update models based on new consultants' drawings, and generate accurate 2D drawings from the model.

You will also assist in maintaining our established BIM workflows, ensuring that all design and construction documentation strictly follows project specifications and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling & Coordination

Develop and maintain highly accurate 3D architectural and structural models using Autodesk Revit.

Model building elements to the level of detail of 400 and 500 (as-built) including walls, floors, roofs, foundations, columns, beams, and reinforcing steel.

Update 3D models based on markups, design changes, and coordination provided by the consultants or the structural and architectural coordinators.

Drawing Production & Deliverables

Generate and manage precise 2D documentation-such as plans, sections, elevations, and details-directly from the BIM model.

Produce comprehensive construction sets, including schedules, legends, and material take-offs to support project estimation and procurement.

Maintain and adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and established CAD/BIM standards for all deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure drawing consistency across all disciplines and compliance with project milestones.

Collaboration & Data Management

Work collaboratively with structural engineers and architectural coordinators to solve design and constructability issues.

Manage model files and project documents

Assist the BIM Coordinator in cleaning up models and performing regular model Audit checks to ensure model health and optimize file performance.
