Job summary

Fonda Global is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Singapore to transform design concepts into precise 3D models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines using Revit and AutoCAD. You will lead clash detection and coordinate with consultants, clients and site teams to update models and generate accurate 2D shop drawings from the 3D models.

Qualifications

• Coordination of BIM models across Architecture, Structural and MEP.
• Experience with BIM execution planning and BEP updates.
• Ability to generate 2D shop drawings from 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordination and manage BIM Modelers to meet submission deadlines and be the key contact in ICE meetings.
• Perform regular clash detection between architecture, structure and MEP models and chair coordination meetings.
• Review, audit and validate models for clash-free status and compliance with project standards and BEP.
