Job summary

Precise Development Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Manager in the Tuas West Region for a full-time role. You will lead BIM strategy, standards and model coordination to optimise project delivery and collaboration across architecture and design teams.

The role requires 5+ years in BIM management, proficiency with Revit/Navisworks/BIM 360, and strong communication in English. You will mentor staff, drive best practices and align BIM goals with project objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional BIM management experience across architectural or design projects.
• Knowledge of BIM processes, ISO 19650, and BS 1192 standards.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 or similar tools.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

About the role

Precise Development Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our growing team in the Tuas West Region on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position within our Architecture and Design division, responsible for overseeing Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and standards across our projects. The BIM Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that BIM strategies are effectively implemented, coordinated, and optimised to enhance project delivery, collaboration, and overall efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to shape how our organisation utilises BIM technology to drive innovation and excellence in our architectural and design work.

Key responsibilities

• Developing, implementing and maintaining BIM standards, protocols and guidelines across all projects to ensure consistency and quality
• Managing BIM models and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors and consultants to ensure seamless integration
• Overseeing BIM documentation, data management and version control to maintain model integrity and accessibility
• Conducting clash detection and coordinating resolution of model conflicts across disciplines
• Providing BIM training and mentoring to project teams and staff to enhance proficiency and adoption of BIM methodologies
• Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define BIM objectives and deliverables aligned with project requirements
• Monitoring BIM tool performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimisation
• Preparing BIM-related documentation, reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations and best practices in BIM implementation

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience in BIM management or a related architectural or design role
• Comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes, workflows and industry standards such as ISO 19650 and BS 1192
• Advanced proficiency with BIM software platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 or similar tools
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methodologies
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to liaise effectively across disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members in BIM practices and software usage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and quality control
• Professional certification in BIM management or related field is preferred
• Experience working in Singapore or Southeast Asian market is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
