Job summary

OUR RECRUITERS LLP is seeking a BIM Manager (MEP) to lead BIM implementation, standards, and modelling workflows for projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with the Project Manager for BIM needs and develop the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

You will oversee design development, submissions, and meetings, monitor timely drawing delivery, and coordinate BIM model exchanges with consultants, clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• BIM Management certification is required.
• 8+ years of BIM Management experience.
• Strong engineering and design experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
